How can I return my order?
All our products are backed up by money back guarantee.If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 7 days for an exchange within 30 days from the day you received it. The item must be returned IN GOOD CONDITION and in its original package.

Please note: The 7 Day Return Policy is not applicable to any custom orders, special order items ,it is the customer’s responsibility to order the right size, color, style ,deailed shipping information since all sales are final.Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee for per item the mailing and handling charges are not refundable .

To return an item, please follow 4 simple steps:
Step # 1: If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection, you have 3 business days from the time EMS delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like us to re-inspect your merchandise. You must email a digital picture of the damage in question to Sheshopping@gmail.com.

Step # 2: Please Contact us at sheshopping@gmail.com, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.

Step # 3: Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.

Step # 4 Please contact our customer service to get the returning address.You can ship via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured courier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. if we don't receive the dress in 7 business days, we will can't accept any return. Agreed refund only be done after receiving the return package.
